Does the subscription include new product releases and updates?
Yes, we’re constantly working to make our products better. New 3D assets are added regularly based on your feedback.
Where can I use your 3D assets?
You can use our 3D assets for commercial and personal purposes. This can be for yourself or for a client. However, some of our free products (freebies) only include a personal license, and other paid products may also include an extended license. Please learn more about the difference between personal, commercial and extended license types by visiting our license page.
Are there any download limits?
No, there aren’t. Export as many 3D sets as you need, we do not have any daily / monthly download limits.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
Yes, the subscription is automatically renewed every year, depending on the billing cycle, and it is charged from the credit card saved on your account.
Can I cancel subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel subscription right after the purchase or before the next billing cycle. The subscription will remain valid until the last date of your billing cycle, but will not renew.
